About
Anushree Ramanath is a power electronics and energy systems expert whose career spans research, product development, and executive leadership across the clean energy sector. She earned her PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Minnesota, where her research focused on advanced power converter topologies and renewable energy integration — work that earned her first-place recognition at IEEE TPEC and IEEE PECI.
From modelling long-duration energy storage at Form Energy to engineering grid-tied solar inverter systems at Enphase Energy, Anushree has helped shape the technical foundations of the clean energy transition. Today, as Head of Software Products and Analytics at Schneider Electric, she leads teams building the data and software layer that powers smart energy management at scale.
Beyond her technical career, Anushree is a published author with 14 IEEE papers, 3 book chapters, and over 50 industry articles on EEPower. She speaks at conferences including the Grace Hopper Celebration India on topics ranging from power electronics to career development for women in STEM. An accomplished painter whose work has been exhibited at the Bombay Art Society, she brings the same curiosity and precision to her art that she applies to engineering.
